Not our signature Yoshi Burger of course, we can't just give that away...

Specifically, our slightly less popular Kart Burger!


Here's how to make it:

Directions

  1. Divide one pound of ground beef into 6 equal chunks.
    • They should be the size of around a golf ball.
    • They don't need to be perfect!
  2. Place the patty in a lightly oiled cast-iron skillet.
    • Put your stove on medium-high, and make sure your smoke alarms are off!
  3. Flatten the patty into a 1/4th inch thick disc with a spatula. A delicious-looking Kart Burger!
    • Make sure to do this soon after you place it in the skillet as to not dry it out!
  4. Salt generously with salt and pepper.
  5. Flip the patty.
    • Do this before the top starts changing color, but the top will take less time to cook than the bottom, so make sure it doesn't burn!
  6. Don't forget to season the other side, too!
  7. Place the burger on the bun with toppings.
    • It doesn't matter where the toppings are. They're delicious either way!
